This photo gallery lets you take a closer look at fruit of our (or rather your) labour.

The thumbnails can be enlarged by clicking on them. Unfortunately it wasn't possible for several reasons to document all of the 28 links in detail as they would have deserved. The small selection of individual links that can be viewed here does not refer to our personal taste but is supposed to reflect the creativity and dedication of each and every participant as well as the multicultural background of this project.

Here you can take a closer look at a few front sides. You will find a short birthday wish written in the native language of the respective participant on each link.

We asked the participants to design the back side at their discretion. This earned us a whole lot of wonderfully imaginative and individual contributions. Unfortunatly we can't show you but a small selection of these amazing pieces of art here, hoping that we can give you an impression of the creativity and the different cultural backgrounds of our participants.

Here you can see a few pictures of the finished chain. The latter consists of 28 links in total and measures almost 20 feet in length. Luckily for us the offices at the Swiss Federal Office for Social Security are quite large...
